Elephant & Castle

Looking for a brunch spot for Christmas Eve., I stumbled upon Elephant & Castle on Greenwich Ave & 7th Ave in West Village. With my friend's recommendation, things on the menu was "yummy". As soon as I sat down, I noticed the decor reminds me of an English tavern.

A pot of tea (English Breakfast as one fave) was $4 already. Couldn't decide on what dish to take a chance on, I settled on an Omelette with goat cheese & sun-dried tomatoes. My friend had cod tacos (interesting dish). I can say they were good. If I come back to this place, I will try what a majority of people in yelp ordered - poach eggs, apple compote on french brioche.
